Are you insured?

Yes! Tails2Toes is fully licensed, insured, and bonded for your peace of mind.

Do you offer free meet & greets?

Absolutely. All new clients receive a complimentary meet & greet before services begin.

Do you have fees & Policies?

Yes! Tails2Toes Pet Services has a variety of policies regarding cancellations, late bookings, late payments, weekends, and other service-related fees. All of our policies are outlined in our Client Agreement, which every client is required to review and sign before services begin.

We encourage all clients to read through the agreement carefully so they are familiar with our policies and expectations before booking services. If you ever have any questions, we're always happy to help clarify them!

How do payments work?

We accept payment through our client portal, invoice system, and cash.

What are your phone/Work hours?

Our phone hours are:

7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our work hours are:

7:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Unless we are completing overnight care which is 12-hour duration🐾

Do I receive updates during visits?

Yes! We provide detailed visit reports, photos, and GPS-tracked visit information through our professional client software.

Do you care for pets besides dogs and cats?

Yes! We also provide care for farm animals, reptiles, exotic pets, and special-needs pets.

Do you have employees?

Yes! Tails2Toes has a trusted team of experienced pet care professionals. Having a team allows us to better accommodate client requests, maintain reliable availability, and ensure your pets receive care when they need it most.

As a mobile pet care service, factors such as travel time, scheduling conflicts, weather, and unexpected delays can occasionally impact availability. By working as a team, we're able to serve more families, provide dependable coverage, and maintain consistent, high-quality care for every pet entrusted to us.

All team members are carefully selected and trained to uphold the same standards of compassion, professionalism, and personalized care that Tails2Toes is known for.

Our goal is simple: to make sure your pets are cared for, even when life gets busy. 🐾

Will the same person visit my pet each time?

Whenever possible, we strive to maintain consistency and assign the same team member to your pet's visits. However, having a team allows us to provide reliable backup coverage when needed, ensuring your pet's routine is never interrupted and you never have to worry about missed care. 🐾

Pet Care While Owners Are Home-

For the safety of both our team members and your pets, we ask that clients not be home during scheduled pet care visits whenever possible. Our services are designed to provide care when owners are away, and pets often behave differently when their owners are present, which can make visits less effective and more difficult to complete safely. If you are home (sick, on vacation, day off, etc) or someone else is home able to complete pet care making services unnecessary then by our cancellation policy you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Having the home to ourselves also allows us to stay on schedule and provide consistent, uninterrupted care for all of our clients throughout the day. Exceptions may be made for specialized care situations, meet-and-greets, or other arrangements approved in advance.
